ukrs9.abstractdns.com – DDoS consequences
We’re compelled to inform you that tonight we were experiencing a massive DDoS attack aimed at our server’s main shared IP address, namely, 37.61.236.14. That’s why it was decided to change the main shared IP address to 37.61.236.217.
In case you have any domains using 3rd party name servers, please update corresponding A records in their authoritative DNS zones with the new IP address (37.61.236.217).
If you have private name servers with us that were not registered through our company, please do not forget to change 37.61.236.14 glue record to 37.61.236.217.
Please be informed that if our cluster name servers are in use (we mean ns100/ns101.layerip.com; ukns100/ukns101.abstractdns.com), everything remains intact.
Please be informed that we’re experiencing another network issue with this server. We’re currently investigating it and will post updates as soon as new information is available.
We are glad to inform you that the issue at hand has been fully rectified.
