HelpDesk Scheduled Maintenance
Dear Customers,
We will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade our help desk on Friday April 14th from at 19:00 until 23:00 (GMT+1)
During this maintenance you may be intermittently unable to open new tickets online, or view and reply to existing tickets. You can still email support requests to us but there may be a delay before you receive an automated ticket reply. During the maintenance window our live chat will still be online for support.
Don’t worry, the maintenance doesn’t affect any hosting services, everything will continue working normally.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
