Emergency reboot of MAN1-CVM01 node [RESOLVED]

We are performing an emergency reboot of the MAN1-CVM01 virtualisation node. All virtual machines on this node will be offline whilst this takes place. We will attempt to shutdown the virtual machines gracefully before rebooting the node.

Update 06:57: Virtual machines are not responding to the shutdown signal, so we are proceeding with the reboot.

Update 07:10: The server has hung whilst shutting down, so we are performing a hard reboot.

Update 07:14: The server is back up and virtual machines are booting.

Update 08:16: We haven’t seen any further issues with the server. We will continue to monitor the server closely, but for now we consider everything to be stable. Please get in touch with our helpdesk in the usual manner if you are still experiencing any problems.
