HelpDesk emergency maintenance

We would like to inform you that we need to perform maintenance on our HelpDesk system which is at the link https://support.jolt.co.uk/.

When: 10:00 UTC today – June 10.

ETA: maintenance is expected to take 20-25 minutes, after which ticket system will work as expected.

We will post updates when the maintenance is started and completed here.
We apologize for these temporary inconveniences.

    Maintenance has now been started, HelpDesk will be unavailable for about 20-25 minutes
