Helpdesk Upgrade – 03/07/2025

We will be performing routine maintenance and software upgrades to the Helpdesk on Thursday, July 3rd, from 21:00 to 22:00 UK (GMT +1).

The maintenance doesn’t affect any hosting services, everything will continue working usually. The helpdesk system will continue to receive your requests at support@jolt.co.uk, so all your requests will be updated by our team once the system is upgraded. Please consider using our Live Chat support in case of emergency.
