Network maintenance

We’ll be performing network uplink maintenance Tuesday, May 22nd. The bottom line is that we have identified suboptimal traffic distribution between infrastructure uplinks. It doesn’t directly affect network stability or performance, but can potentially cause performance impact under peak load. We need this to be addressed as soon as possible in order to avoid any potential issues.

When?
Maintenance window will run from 22:00 to 23:59 GMT Tuesday, 22nd of May.

Where?
Nottingham facility, which hosts our shared hosting server, reseller hosting server and major part of VPS and dedicated server infrastructure.

What?
Redundant uplink fibers will be sequentially reconnected to different patch panels.

Expected impact:
We expect no impact on our services as affected connections are redundant and will be moved sequentially.
