– Emergency disk subsystem maintenance

We’re pleased to inform you that we have successfully replaced a failed HDD on the hypervisor. However, we have to reboot the server in order to access MegaRAID BIOS Config Utility interface. We will update you as soon as all VMs functionality is reinstated. Please check for the updates in the comments of this post.

    We would like to convey our most sincere apologies for such a protracted maintenance. We have encountered an unforeseen issue with the RAID array and keep collaborating with the Data Centre technical personnel as well as LSI support team towards this problem resolution. All milestone updates will be provided in comments of this blog post. We do hope for your patience and understanding.

    We continue to work closely with our DC team on this issue and are doing our best to bring your servers back online as soon as possible.

    We’re compelled to inform you that the majority of our attempts to bring the server back to life has not been crowned with success. We’re currently working on the RAID controller firmware flashing. Please keep an eye on the updates in this blog post.
